Tonight we launched our final assault into the lair of the dreaded lich Kel'Thuzad. We thought we had killed him once before, but Inigo Montoy, aka Thel'zan, just had to go and bring him back to life. We should have never let Badkarma turn in that phylactery. The fight was the same as it always was, but with more...space in his room.

Big thanks to the entire guild for pulling together on this one. Making potions, elixirs, food, crafted items, and just pulling together as a team. We managed to clear all four wings on Tuesday, which left today for the Dreaded Dragon and the Lovable Lich. Maybe now that we've killed him and added a second notch in our guild's belt, we can go outside and take a break for the week.



On second though...It's too bright out there, and the light hurts our pale skin. Insane blue dragon here we come!

Conqueror of Naxxramas title x25

Tonight we had twenty level 80s online, which meant it was everyone's favorite time: TWENTY-FIVE MAN NIGHT!

So we invited a few of our homies into a group and wandered into this little place called the Obsidian Sanctum; ready to pick a fight. We soon discovered that twenty-five people who are very sleep deprived don't see bright red spell effects on a black background. Then we discovered that yes, it is indeed a lonely life as a paladin, as the entire raid, save the MT, vanished due to one of us having Vegeta hair.

After we dispatched the three drakes, who taught us all the importance of getting a full 7-10 hours of sleep, we took on the very large and in charge dragon himself. The explanation of the fight on vent consisted of "He makes lava come out of the lava proper and spread like lava; then adds of lava come out of the lava in lava spouts that do lava damage." For being "The Onyx Guardian" he was more of a "Slightly Darker Gray Than Usual Lacky." We also discovered that he does, in fact, have an enrage timer, which consists of a zerg of adds and lava explosions. Grats to Wj for being awesome at shifting spots; serious thanks to him for never messing up the lava wave dancing.

Wrath of the Lich King was released on Thursday and Insomnia has been working towards completing as much of the content as they can.
